Despite this luxury, there is more to Miami than the coastline.

Go to a baseball game at Marlins Ballpark or take a chance and go on safari in the Everglades; you are bound to be amazed at what people or nature can create.

Visiting Miami at any time other than fall is a good idea. Autumn is hurricane season and could be a risky vacation. Summer is humid and wet with many families visiting. The winter brings about the most expensive season in Miami, but also when the most things are happening. The best time to visit is during spring. Bring light clothing, a jacket and plenty of sunscreen.
